Capturing the Captivating Beauty of the East Coast
We’re filming Horizon, a 360° cinematic journey across Canada and into the heart of its people. We filmed in the Maritimes recently – from the fishermen of Fogo Island to the shores of Hopewell Rocks. In our travels, we met the residents and artists that make these communities special. Here’s a sneak peek of what you’ll see in 2017!
In Prince Edward Island, our host Vanco Farms is the largest producer of tulips in the province and we had a fun, colourful celebration of play among the tulips.
Hopewell Rocks, located along the cost of the Bay of Fundy is a marine wonder of the world and home to some of the world’s highest tides. It’s a destination for visitors from around the globe and we can’t wait to show Canadians the amazing footage of the tide coming in.
Fogo Island is the largest island on Newfoundland and Labrador’s coast and is home to 11 communities. From a shed party to the fishermen, we were fortunate enough to meet and work with the special people that call this community, home.
